  • Attend the closing in this office or at your office

What We Do

  • Review and prepare the Title Commitment, then submit same to Seller's attorney and Lender

  • Issue the final Title Insurance Policies

What we can also do, if you require assistance

  • Prepare the Closing Disclosure Statement and/or HUD1 Settlement Statement

  • Work with Lender and handle Lender closing package

  • Coordinate closing date with your office and with Lender

  • Conduct the closing in this office, or at your office

  • Disburse the funds through our controlled Escrow Account
